Coastal Coating & Resurfacing uses the CTI Concrete Acrylic Resurfacing System—a modified multi-color 100% acrylic resin spray coat system that is twice as hard as regular concrete. Applied over a structurally sound concrete surface, our Acrylic Coating System provides a tough and durable, yet beautiful concrete surface available in an endless array of colors, textures and patterns to significantly upgrade your existing pool deck, patio, or lanai.

Our system creates a highly efficient surface that is easier to maintain than concrete. It is:

• Non-Skid—perfect for pool decks where a slippery surface is a concern.
• Heat resistant—remains cool and comfortable even in the hottest climates.
• Mold, mildew, and oil resistant. Our non-porous system keeps stains and chemicals at the surface.
• Fade resistant—designed to weather harsh UV environments.

Our surfaces are simple to clean using a garden hose and dish detergent. Annual pressure washing is recommended for high traffic areas.

Please Note:

• Coastal Coatings & Resurfacing has a $1,800 minimum job cost. Our jobs are priced by the square foot and based on prep work required (crack repair, paint removal, channel drains needed) and color and design choice.
• The average size job will take two to four days for completion.
• At the completion of every job, you will be provided with a five-year warranty and a maintenance sheet.
• You will be able to walk on your surface within 24 hours of job completion. Patio furniture, potted plants or any tire traffic should not be allowed on the surface for seven days after job completion.
