The homeowner wanted neutral colors that would not show dirt but would not be too hot in the summer months. We used a sandstone skim coat with chocolate and desert beige highlight colors and added a chocolate slate design to the perimeter of pool and spa area. The Homeowner completed this whole transformation by having us add a beautiful Rico Rock Four piece ledger waterfall that they could relax by now that our weather is warming up again.
